Check-In Informations

Valid vaccination records and dog tags must be provided before checking in.
Guests must agree to regular flea and tick treatments for their pets to prevent infestations. We accept Frontline, Revolution, or similar products, which can be brought by guests or purchased at our hotel. We will apply the treatment on the first day of boarding after bathing and every 30 days during their stay.
All pets must have a bath on the day of check-in and every specified number of days during their stay (dogs: every 7 days).
Bathing services include wet washing, eye and ear cleaning, anal gland cleaning, nail trimming, and paw pad hair trimming.
We provide meals twice a day during the boarding period, with food supplied by the hotel or brought by guests.
Check-out time is before 8:00 PM on the day of departure (additional boarding fees will apply for late check-outs).
A deposit of HKD 500 is required.
