After the customer successfully places the order, we will process the order as soon as possible during office hours, and Once you place your order, our customer service team will process the order as soon as we can during office hours. And we would contact you via WhatsApp or phone call to confirm the order status and logistic arrangement.

 

Customers can contact us via Voice message or Whatsapp outside the service hours. And we will quickly get back to you on the following working day.

About delivery

​

Our driver will contact the customer in advance on the delivery day and reconfirm 30-60 minutes before arrival.

Delivery time: Monday to Saturday (1:00 pm-10:00 pm); (Delivery service is not available on Sunday)

Pak Tam Chung / Islands District

No delivery service support

 

HK$51 will be charged if the order fails to fulfill the free delivery threshold.

For general districts, please refer to the delivery schedule. For special districts (including Discovery Bay, Park Island, Ma Wan, etc.), please contact us for delivery arrangements.

Our delivery team will contact customers before delivery. If the call is invalid, customers will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time.

 

We do not take responsibility for any damaged/lost goods that left outside the delivery address under the customer's request.

 

Delivery service will be suspended under typhoon signal No.8 or above, or while the black rainstorm signal is hoisted. Under these events, customers will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time.

 

Delivery service will be postponed and rescheduled during the statutory holidays.

Delivery service is not available on Sunday.

 

Additional charges

​

HK$10 per floor will be charged, for any address located above the 5th storey.

 

Large items (such as dry food above 15kg, a whole case of cat litters, pet cage larger than / equal to 3 feet ), HK$20 per floor will be charged for the address located above the 5th storey.

 

For Village houses and suburban areas, which can not directly access by delivery vehicles, we can offer limited delivery service only. An additional HK$30 will be charged for the use of a trolley.

Remarks

​

Delivery service is not applicable to MOKO, Tsuen Wan Nan Fung Centre, Allway Garden and some special districts.

​

For Tsuen Wan Discovery Park, delivery service only available on Thursday from 13:00 to 18:00.

​

For Deep Water Bay, Repulse Bay, Stanley, and Shek O, delivery service only available on Monday from 13:00 to 18:00.

 

For Lau Fau Shan, Sha Kiu Tsuen, Mong Tseng Tsuen, Mong Tseng Wai, Kelly Animals Shelter, delivery service only available on Thursday from 13:00 to 18:00.

For Queen’s Road Central / Des Voeux Road Central / Connaught Road Central / Caine Road, please pick up the goods from Po Hing or Po Yan Street.

 

From Pottinger Street to Chiu Lung Street, please pick up the goods from Queen’s Road Central.

 

From Yiu Wa Street / Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal, customers are required to pick up the goods downstairs, no door services can be provided.

#Entry/Parking Fee is not included for any delivery address stated as Industrial Purpose/Building. Customer is required to pay any extra fee induced or, pick up from the delivery van at the nearest location.
